INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
You may use limited portions of the voke websites without registering. When you register for a voke service, we will ask you for information such as name, address, email address, phone number, account password, credit card information.  Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.  

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

voke may present links to other websites.  This Privacy Policy applies to websites and services that are owned by voke.  When you leave our site, we encourage you to carefully review the privacy statements of other websites you visit.

voke takes appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data.  We restrict access to personal information to voke employees, contactors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services and who are bound by confidentiality obligations.  We employ physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data, such as encrypting personal data, containing such data behind a firewall and using Secure Socket Layer technology when you transmit personal information to us.

voke may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to prevent injury or property damage. voke reserves the right in its own best judgment to disclose such data pursuant to judicial or other governmental subpoenas, warrants, or orders, or to disclose such data to a government institution that has asserted its lawful authority to obtain the information.

If you no longer want to receive email communications from voke, you may unsubscribe by contacting customer service.

You may update your personal information at any time by changing your user profile on our website.
